How our service works

Q: How do you help me to attract my target customers?

We make you a website and make your business as visible as possible to your target audience online. But, let’s cut to the chase! Success is measured by the number of customers you get and the revenue you generate. 

We put the things you need in place to get more enquiries, phone calls and website clicks. Then, we manage and monitor everything to make sure you get continued success. We provide an end-to-end service that includes a high-converting website and a powerful search engine presence that work together to achieve maximum results for you and your business.

Q: I don't think I have time to do this right now, how much effort is needed from me?

A: We only need minimal input from you. We can take most things we need from your existing website and use it to create your new website and build out your local search presence. The only time we’ll need your involvement is if you want additional content to be added to your website, for reviews and feedback of your new website design and approvals to go live.

Q: If I decide to sign up to your service, what happens next?

A: We only need you to give us a verbal go-ahead. We don't ask you to sign a contract because we want to prove that we;re a great company to work with before you pay anything.

Q: Can you update my existing website?

A: No. We’ll re-make your website (new and much improved) using our own website builder. We’ve created it to ensure we have all the necessary tools to create and measure success. In order to get the best results, we need complete control

Q: How do you help me to show up on search engines?

A: We use a combination of Search Engine Optimisation on your website and Search Engine profiles (I.e. Google Business Profile and Bing Places) to attract your target customers.

Q: Do you do Pay Per Click marketing?

A: No. We create your online presence with long term sustainable results in mind. We make your business as discoverable as possible so you don't get short term results from temporary PPC campaigns. We make sure you show up on search engines all day every day.

How our pricing works

Q: Are there any fees other than the fixed monthly fee?

A: Our service is a great value, fixed fee of £97 a month. We don’t have any upfront fees whatsoever. There are no expensive setup fees or design costs. In fact, we make your website and you only start paying us once you’re 100% happy and your website is live. We want to prove to you that we’re a great company to work with before you pay us anything. There are no hidden fees or additional costs. When we say £97 a month, we mean it.

Q: Do you have a minimum contract?

A: We have an initial term of 12 months. Getting the best results does take a bit of time and we want both parties to get the most from the relationship. After the initial 12 months, we move to a rolling monthly contract. 

Q: Your service seems expensive?

A: We’ve reverse engineered all the things we need to do to provide you with an effective online presence. The price we charge is driven by the effort we need to undertake. Plus, our service is designed to provide good Return on Investment and a big bang for your marketing spend. We'll attract high-quality people with very high intent because they're actually looking for a business like yours. You'll become discoverable by your target customers 365 days a year.

Q: I can’t afford it?

A: A good online presence should always generate more money than it costs. so, you shouldn’t see our service as a cost, but an investment to help grow your business.

Q: How long does it take to see results?

A: There a lot of variables, including your location and search volumes. But, we’ll make sure we do some analysis first and only work with you if we’re confident it’ll be a fruitful partnership for you and for us. 

It does take a bit of time to reach optimal levels. Once your website is live, we need to build a strong presence with search engines. This won’t happen overnight, but with our monitoring and management, we’ll ultimately create something that will work for you month after month. Most of our customers start to really see results within 6 months.
